IMS OBJECTIVES
INTEGRATED MANAGEMENT SYSTEM OBJECTIVES (ISMS/QMS)
The integrated management system objective of IT Horizons is as follow:
- To continually prevent loss of information assets and ensure their safety and security
- To achieve 90% customer Satisfaction index in each service delivery undertaken
- To achieve 100% protection of customer information
- To obtain 0% infractions in compliance with statutory, regulatory, and applicable requirements
- To ensure the continual preservation and availability of Information data in its possession
- To continually improve the Integrated Management System, ISO 9001:2015 QMS and the ISO 27001:2013 ISMS
- To implement solutions and offer services that continually meet and exceed our customers’ expectations to help them meet their corporate goals and objectives
The Management of IT Horizons is fully committed to the implementation of these Objectives. These Objectives have been communicated to all employees and interested stakeholders as required and shall be revised annually in case of any changes in the Integrated Management System
